About The Position

A Senior Assisted Living Community in Oakland County (West Bloomfield area) is looking for a Full-Time Director of Sales and Marketing. This role requires previous sales and marketing experience working within a senior living facility. The position involves developing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies, creating and communicating sales goals, and executing marketing campaigns. Market research, analysis of sales and marketing metrics, and setting sales targets are also key components of this role.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Experience in leadership or management positions, preferably in marketing or sales.
Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop effective marketing and sales strategies that align with the organization's goals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey marketing messages.
Project management skills to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Nice To Haves

Previous sales and marketing experience working within a senior living facility.
Experience in senior living communities preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive marketing and sales strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

Set sales targets, establish sales processes, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and identify areas of improvement.
