About The Position

An Exceptional Leadership Opportunity in Senior Living An immediate and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing and Sales at Greenwood Village South, a well-established, not-for-profit Entry Fee Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Greenwood, Indiana, just minutes from Indianapolis. Greenwood Village South is a 425-unit community situated on 64 beautiful acres, proudly maintaining 95% occupancy and a stellar reputation for excellence. The community is embarking on a transformational $100 million expansion and reimagining of its campus that will significantly enhance both its lifestyle offerings and future growth. Phase 1 of the transformational project is 85% presold and is slated for completion in Q2 of 2027. A Landmark Expansion Project This major development includes: 66 new Independent Living units, including 66 innovative hybrid homes 30,000+ square feet of brand-new amenity space, featuring: Natatorium Bistro Library Auditorium Additional modern gathering and wellness spaces 20,000 square feet of fully renovated existing administrative and amenity space This expansion represents a once-in-a-career opportunity to lead sales and marketing for both a thriving, established community and a highly anticipated new development. The Role We are seeking an exceptional, results-driven leader with a positive, motivating demeanor to oversee and execute all sales and marketing strategies for the existing campus and the expansion project. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Director of Marketing and Sales will: Lead and inspire a highly capable team of four sales and marketing professionals Take a hands-on selling role, particularly focused on development and presales Drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand positioning across all product lines Develop and execute innovative sales, marketing, and outreach strategies Cultivate strong relationships with prospects, residents, influencers, and referral partners Partner closely with executive leadership and development teams throughout the expansion lifecycle Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be a seasoned senior living sales professional who brings both strategic vision and personal selling expertise. Requirements

  • Proven success as a Director of Sales and Marketing within an Entry Fee CCRC
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team
  • High level of professional ethics, integrity, and accountability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for serving older adults

  • Development and pre-sale experience strongly preferred
