About The Position

We’re seeking an accomplished Director of Marketing & Sales to lead occupancy growth through strategic outreach, relationship‑based selling, and decisive closing. This hospitality-driven sales professional owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through move-in. This is a hands-on, revenue-driving role that is ideal for a proven closer who thrives in senior living and relationship-based sales. Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of successful sales experience (senior living strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to close high‑stake, compassionate sales

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related field (preferred)
  • Management experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Drive and maintain maximum occupancy and revenue
  • Manage all sales activities: inquiry calls, prospecting, tours, follow‑ups, and closings
  • Prioritize in‑person tours and creative follow‑up strategies
  • Respond to all leads quickly. Speed to lead is critical!
  • Build referral partnerships through events, networking, and outreach
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation and reporting
  • Develop 30‑60‑90 day sales and marketing plans with the leadership team
