About The Position

As Director of Revenue Operations at Cynomi, you will own and continuously improve the core RevOps processes, reporting, CRM governance, and forecasting infrastructure that support predictable revenue growth. Reporting to the CFO, you will work closely with the CRO and GTM leadership team on pipeline hygiene, sales process, partner operations, and forecast accuracy. You will also support the CFO with revenue reporting, forecast inputs, and data integrity.
You will own forecasting, CRM governance, pipeline operations, and revenue reporting while helping maintain the business logic, data governance, and accuracy of our revenue systems and integrations. This is a hands-on senior role for a strong operator who brings rigor to HubSpot, reporting, data quality, and GTM processes in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise: workflows, data model design, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience working with or selling into the MSP/MSSP market or a comparable channel-led go-to-market motion.
• Demonstrated practical use of AI tools to build automations or internal RevOps workflows.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable building and maintaining revenue forecasts and translating numbers into business narratives.
• Cross-functional experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance across time zones.
• Track record of designing, documenting, and improving operational processes and policies in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in a Series A/B scale-up environment building or scaling operational processes.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting and enrichment tools.
• Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry or vCISO/MSSP business models.
• Exposure to executive-level revenue reporting and board preparation.
• Basic SQL and data querying skills for analysis beyond CRM dashboards.
• Experience with Maxio, Impartner, or comparable PRM and billing/subscription management systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reports and forecast inputs delivered to the CFO and CEO.
• Maintain executive dashboards covering pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and revenue trajectory.
• Run and continuously improve the weekly pipeline review process with the CRO and GTM leadership.
• Support ad hoc analysis for QBRs, leadership reviews, board preparation, and investor materials.
• Own HubSpot administration and governance, including schema, objects, properties, required fields, user permissions, and review of schema changes.
• Define and enforce deal stage definitions, lifecycle stages, field completion standards, and maintain the Cynomi Data Standards document.
• Supporting compensation plan data accuracy and reporting.
• Design, document, and maintain the end-to-end sales process in close partnership with the CRO team and GTM stakeholders.
• Build automated alerts and audits that flag stale deals, missing data, and stage mismatches, while supporting territory assignment, quota tracking, and compensation plan data.
• Support onboarding of new sales hires from a systems and process perspective.
• Design and maintain the partner hierarchy in HubSpot, partner tier rules, partner ownership structure, accreditation tracking, and discount approval workflows.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing Operations, Product, and external vendors to maintain clean data flows between HubSpot, Maxio, Mixpanel, Impartner, and the Partner Portal, while documenting revenue metrics, attribution logic, and lead scoring inputs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Growth and Marketing Operations teams to improve lead management, attribution, and campaign-to-revenue visibility.
