About The Position

Litmus is seeking a GTM Engineer (RevOps) to build and manage the systems that execute their go-to-market strategy at scale. This is a hands-on role focused on the Salesforce-centric revenue stack, including Sales Cloud, CPQ, HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft/Outreach, and Zendesk. The engineer will design AI-driven workflows for data enrichment, lead routing, and outbound processes, translating complex commercial challenges into automated systems. The role requires a blend of technical development and strategic thinking, with the ability to configure systems, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership. This position is crucial for scaling Litmus's go-to-market motion in the rapidly growing industrial data market.

Requirements

  • Balance of builder and strategist with hands-on technical/developer skills (data modeling, integrations, APIs, automation logic, SQL or light scripting) and business sense.
  • AI-driven approach, eager to build and leverage AI-powered workflows.
  • Deeply detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity, clean configuration, and edge cases.
  • Customer-centric design approach, considering the end-user experience.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to juggle multiple workstreams, prioritize, and ship on time with quality.
  • 6–8 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Ops, or a similar technical GTM role, ideally in B2B enterprise software.
  • Proven hands-on Salesforce expertise (configuration, automation, reporting); CPQ experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Clay, a sales engagement platform (Salesloft or Outreach), and Zendesk.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and CRM/CPQ data flow to quote-to-cash.
  • Strong data analysis and forecasting skills; comfortable with BI tools and advanced spreadsheet work.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex systems and data to diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience scaling GTM systems at a fast-growing enterprise software company.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the GTM tech stack, administering and optimizing Salesforce (Sales Cloud + CPQ), HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft/Outreach, and Zendesk, ensuring integration, cleanliness, and alignment with revenue flow.
  • Engineer automated workflows for lead routing, data enrichment, account scoring, signal-based triggers, and sequence logic to replace manual tasks.
  • Deploy AI across the funnel for account enrichment, qualification, outreach personalization, activity summarization, and signal surfacing, building AI copilots and agents.
  • Own Salesforce CPQ and quote-to-cash processes, configuring product catalogs, pricing rules, discounting, and approval workflows, and ensuring clean handoffs to ERP/finance systems.
  • Integrate and optimize Zendesk for support workflows, customer feedback, and CS data to provide full lifecycle visibility.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and KPIs for pipeline health, conversion, productivity, forecast accuracy, churn, and attribution to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with sales leadership on accurate, data-backed forecasts and scalable models, providing operational support for QBRs, planning, and targeting.
  • Manage multiple initiatives to deadline, maintain system documentation, and drive adoption through training and enablement.
