The Director of Revenue Operations will serve as a key partner to executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations. This individual will help drive visibility, accountability, forecasting accuracy, operational rigor, and scalable GTM processes across a multi-entity environment. This is not a purely strategic oversight role. We are looking for someone who is AI minded and equally comfortable building reporting dashboards, refining CRM workflows, analyzing pipeline health, improving forecasting methodologies, and helping operationalize growth initiatives across multiple businesses. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building structure within complexity. Experience supporting PE-backed organizations, multi-entity businesses, SaaS, MSPs, IT services, or acquisition-heavy environments is highly preferred.
