About The Position

Propeller is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to serve as the operational backbone and strategic partner to the VP of RevOps. This role is crucial for building a scalable, AI-enabled operating layer for the GTM organization, automating routine tasks to allow the team to focus on high-impact partnerships. The Director will manage the day-to-day operations, elevate the function's performance, and ensure trust deepens as the business grows. This position involves partnering with the Systems & AI Platform team to deploy AI solutions within the GTM engine, focusing on adoption, workflow design, and implementation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy.
  • Proven, verifiable track record of recruiting, managing, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in revenue mechanics (demand gen, pipeline, ARR, churn, forecast hygiene).
  • Demonstrated strategic agility, knowing when to hold the line and when to pivot.
  • Ability to bring cross-functional stakeholders along with you.
  • High-level fluency in CRM ecosystems, deal routing, and quoting workflows.
  • AI-forward operator who proactively utilizes automation to streamline internal processes and empower GTM stakeholders.
  • Collaborative change-maker who builds deep trust across the organization.
  • Operates with a continuous improvement mindset, consistently leaving systems and structures more efficient than found.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the GTM engine, including execution across New Logo Ops, Existing Customer Ops, and Marketing Ops.
  • Manage workflows, handoffs, and data flow through the funnel, identifying and addressing friction points before they impact the pipeline.
  • Act as a trusted partner to GTM leadership, ensuring the RevOps team is proactive, embedded, and trusted.
  • Shape playbooks, automation strategies, and process improvements in collaboration with the VP of RevOps.
  • Integrate AI as a way of working, utilizing AI tools in daily workflows and ensuring adoption within the GTM team.
  • Provide GTM analytics that offer clear, reliable insights into revenue visibility, ensuring clean data for other teams and operational commentary for leaders.
  • Take direct end-to-end strategic ownership, with current focus on pricing process and structure, partnering with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, coaching individuals, celebrating success, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Manage operations managers who serve as trusted partners to the business.
