About The Position

Snappy is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the GTM leadership team, helping drive planning, performance, and operational excellence across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. You will own critical processes including annual planning, territory design, quota setting, compensation strategy, forecasting, and executive reporting, while delivering the insights that inform key business decisions. You will also act as the bridge between GTM teams and the systems organization, ensuring business processes are translated into scalable solutions that enable efficient growth. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence company strategy, shape how the revenue organization operates, and help drive Snappy's next stage of growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or a related analytical function.
  • Experience supporting high-growth SaaS or technology companies, preferably in the $25M–$150M ARR range.
  • Deep expertise in territory design, quota setting, compensation planning, incentive programs, forecasting, and revenue performance management.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate decision-making, and translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience building executive-level reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and decision-support analyses.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Experience partnering with Salesforce administrators, CRM engineering teams, or business systems teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience managing and developing team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business, finance, or analytical background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with GTM and executive leadership to drive annual planning, territory design, quota setting, and organizational capacity planning.
  • Design, administer, and optimize compensation plans, incentive programs, and SPIFs that align with company objectives and drive performance.
  • Own revenue performance reporting, delivering actionable insights on pipeline, bookings, attainment, productivity, retention, and growth metrics.
  • Support forecasting processes and provide analytical recommendations that improve decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Lead key operating cadences including forecast reviews, business reviews, and performance management processes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between GTM stakeholders and Systems/Engineering teams, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Partner with the systems team to ensure GTM processes, reporting, and workflows are effectively supported by the company's technology stack.
  • Oversee commission operations, ensuring accurate and timely calculations, payouts, governance, and reporting.
  • Manage and develop a Revenue Operations team member focused on commissions administration and operational execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders, using data, analysis, and business judgment to identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and scalability.
