Snappy is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the GTM leadership team, helping drive planning, performance, and operational excellence across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. You will own critical processes including annual planning, territory design, quota setting, compensation strategy, forecasting, and executive reporting, while delivering the insights that inform key business decisions. You will also act as the bridge between GTM teams and the systems organization, ensuring business processes are translated into scalable solutions that enable efficient growth.
