About The Position

This is a unique opportunity to build the Revenue Operations function from the ground up at ThinkOn. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Director of Revenue Operations will be a hands-on operator and leader, responsible for establishing the systems, data, and reporting that drive predictability in a growing revenue organization. The role involves leading a team of two direct reports (an analyst and a sales ops specialist) from day one, with the expectation of team growth as the company scales. The CRO provides a framework and guidance, but the Director will have significant autonomy in architecting and implementing RevOps processes and tools. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in scaling revenue operations in a B2B environment and a passion for both operational execution and people leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven operator with experience building RevOps functions from scratch.
  • Experience scaling a RevOps role in a B2B company from $20M to $200M in revenue.
  • Deep fluency in HubSpot, with the ability to perform hands-on configuration.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about business operations and understanding of how a business generates revenue.
  • Instinctive understanding and application of AI in Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead people and a genuine desire to do so.
  • Applied experience is valued over formal credentials.
  • Experience with channel-centric GTM strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Build the reporting layer from scratch, including designing and standing up funnel models, coverage math, pipeline reporting, and KPI instrumentation for the GTM operating system.
  • Own HubSpot end-to-end, including hands-on configuration, automation, and maintenance to ensure it serves as a reliable source of truth.
  • Integrate AI into standard operating procedures across prospecting, pipeline management, enablement, and reporting.
  • Instrument the channel motion by building the data and routing systems to support partner acquisition, activation, and segmentation.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for decision-makers, ensuring the data supporting leadership's storytelling is accurate and timely.
  • Lead and grow the RevOps team, setting standards and cadence, and developing a self-sustaining function.
