About The Position

We’re looking for a highly analytical individual to join our team as the Director of Revenue Management. In this pivotal role, you will maximize revenue, profit, and demand for our hotel rooms and meeting spaces. The Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa is connected to the Montgomery Convention Center and the Montgomery Performing Arts Centre (MPAC), and sits at the center of the city’s business and cultural district. With over 340 guest rooms, a full-service European-style spa, rooftop pool, multiple dining outlets, and the largest meeting and convention space in the region, this hotel is a market leader for group, association, and citywide events. As part of the PCH Hotels & Resorts portfolio, you’ll join a team known for performance and a commitment to delivering Hospitality with Heart & Soul.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Marriott systems - FSPMS, Marsha, CI/TY, One Yield (with certification preferred)
  • Proven success leading revenue management in a large, full-service hotel or convention-style property
  • Experience developing high-performing and accountable revenue teams
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Marriott systems (FSPMS, Marsha, CI/TY, One Yield)
