Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is a multi-clinic network offering integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty, and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), the clinics provide vital health services to almost 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County, with a mission to promote health and wellness through excellent, compassionate care for all. The Director of Revenue Cycle Management will report to the CFO and is responsible for directing a continually improving and robust patient revenue cycle management system. This role aims to enhance and improve revenue yield year over year, promoting the financial viability of Marin Community Clinics by effectively managing all aspects of the organization’s revenue cycle operations. The Director will lead organization-wide patient-friendly workflows and processes to maximize revenue, enhance efficiency and productivity, and support regulatory compliance. Furthermore, this position involves leading and developing an accountable and service-oriented revenue cycle team, ensuring operations are performance-driven, data-informed, and structured to meet strategic objectives within established budgets and timeframes.
