This role is responsible for planning and leading daily programs and special events that enhance the lifestyle for residents and highlights the positive aspects of life at a Senior Lifestyle Community. The position requires an individual who exhibits creativity, innovation, and a willingness to try new things. The ideal candidate is a source of positive energy and inspiration to residents, families, and team members, capable of leading daily community programs independently with confidence. They must be able to pivot in the event of an event no-show, cancellation, or other unanticipated interruption to the schedule and create and nurture community partnerships to enhance resident life. This position reports to the Executive Director and may be required to supervise other staff positions.
