LSI Industries is seeking a Director of Renovation Sales to join their Renovation Sales Team. This role involves developing and managing new sales relationships in alignment with company goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or up to five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • General knowledge of store branding, architectural graphics screen printing, digital printing and finishing process related to the petroleum and retail industry.
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to write reports, strategic business correspondence, and RFI responses.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, creativity, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a list of prospective clients for sales leads based on information from management, customers, industry associations, trade shows, and the internet to achieve individual and company goals.
  • Cultivate client relationships and identify new sales opportunities with new and existing accounts.
  • Prepare strategic sales presentations and proposals for prospective customers.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to explore new business opportunities and demonstrate company products and services.
  • Engage with decision-makers to persuade prospective clients of the value of offered products or services.
  • Review customer documents (drawings, plans) to develop cost estimates and project production increases from client use of proposed equipment or services.
  • Act as an internal liaison and expert for all departments regarding assigned accounts, ensuring effective communication internally and externally.
  • Provide technical services to clients regarding product use, operation, and maintenance.
  • Create mutually beneficial sales or service contracts.
  • Resolve major customer problems and identify process improvements, recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and complete special projects as assigned.
  • Enter customer and sales data into the company CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with management on a weekly basis or more frequently.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time.
