As a Renovation Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling renovation project services, following up on leads from various internal divisions, conducting project walkthroughs, and building relationships. This position offers a competitive base salary plus a sales incentive bonus, and includes a laptop/tablet, cell phone, office equipment, and monthly expenses. The territory covers both South Carolina and North Carolina. The role involves driving business growth within the assigned territory with existing and incremental customers, establishing and expanding relationships with owners and contractors, and serving as the central point of contact for all territory renovation projects. This includes project management, due diligence, product sourcing, selection, and handling requests for proposals (RFPs)/quoting. You will also partner with the credit department to identify funding and ownership. The position requires identifying key barriers and core problems, applying problem-solving skills to complex situations, and troubleshooting complex issues. Decisions will be made under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, to produce effective results. You will independently perform assignments with limited instruction on expected results, determining and developing approaches to solutions, and receiving technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems. You may oversee project completion, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy, and evaluating results. While contributing to employees' professional development, you will not have hiring or firing authority.
