About The Position
LTC Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to guide the therapy department at Bear Mountain of Sudbury. You'll bring the team, treatment plans, and daily operations together to support consistent care for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
- Familiarity with Medicare, PDPM, and therapy documentation
Nice To Haves
- Previous DOR or ADOR experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day rehab services across PT, OT, and SLP
- Coordinate staffing, schedules, and caseloads
- Mentor clinicians and help maintain strong documentation and care standards
- Work with facility leadership and nursing to address resident needs
- Support compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and applicable regulations
