About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services at Long Green at Autumn Lake. You'll support the PT, OT, and SLP teams while working closely with facility leadership to help residents reach their goals.
Requirements
- Active Maryland license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
- Knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and therapy documentation
Nice To Haves
- Prior ADOR or DOR experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily rehab operations, including scheduling, caseloads, and team development
- Support quality care, accurate documentation, and Medicare and PDPM compliance
- Partner with nursing, administration, and other care teams on resident needs
- Coach therapists and help improve rehab services and outcomes
