About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation to lead the therapy department at Autumn Lake at Bradford Oaks. You'll support clinicians across PT, OT, and SLP while working with facility leadership to keep rehab services responsive to residents' needs.
Requirements
- Active Maryland license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
- Knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and therapy documentation
Nice To Haves
- Prior DOR or ADOR experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Guide daily department operations, including staffing, schedules, and caseloads
- Coach therapy staff and support consistent clinical documentation
- Coordinate with nursing and facility leaders on resident care
- Monitor service quality and support Medicare, PDPM, and regulatory compliance
