About The Position

Relient Health is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead a respected Senior Living Community in Roseville, California. This is a full-time, direct-hire leadership role for a licensed PT or OT with prior experience managing rehabilitation operations in a Senior Living Community setting. The position is open only to therapy professionals who have already worked as a DOR in this setting; clinicians seeking their first management role and other therapy disciplines are not being considered. The DOR will lead PT, OT, and SLP services, ensuring clinical excellence, efficient operations, and a supportive environment for patients and staff. The community is described as stable and mission-driven, with a focus on quality therapy outcomes and interdisciplinary teamwork. The schedule is Monday through Friday. The posting lists approximate competitive pay of $58–$64 per hour and a full benefits package. Some locations may offer a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.

Requirements

Active PT or OT license in California.
At least 1 year of recent experience as a Director of Rehab in a Senior Living Community setting or equivalent; required.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards.
Must be a licensed PT or OT; other therapy disciplines are not being considered.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on leadership to the rehabilitation department and therapy staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, documentation, and productivity goals.
Mentor and evaluate team members to maximize performance.
