About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation for Autumn Lake at Southgate. You'll lead the rehab department in a skilled nursing setting, helping the therapy team deliver coordinated care while giving clinicians the guidance they need to do their best work.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
- Knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and therapy documentation
Nice To Haves
- Previous DOR or ADOR experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Oversee therapy services, staffing, and daily department workflow
- Support clinicians across PT, OT, and SLP with clinical and operational decisions
- Partner with nursing and facility leadership to address residents' needs
- Review documentation and help maintain Medicare, PDPM, and regulatory standards
