About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Autumn Lake at Alice Manor. This full-time role involves leading the skilled nursing rehabilitation department, focusing on balancing residents' clinical needs with staff support and daily operations. The DOR will coordinate PT, OT, and SLP services, guide clinicians, review therapy outcomes, collaborate with facility leadership, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Active Maryland license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of therapy documentation, Medicare, and PDPM
Nice To Haves
- Previous DOR or ADOR experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate PT, OT, and SLP services, including staffing and caseload assignments
- Guide clinicians through care planning, documentation, and department expectations
- Review therapy outcomes and identify opportunities to improve services
- Work with nursing and facility leadership to resolve care and scheduling needs
- Support compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and applicable regulations
