About The Position
Infinity Rehab is seeking a part-time Director of Rehab who is a Physical Therapist Assistant or Certified Occupational Therapist within our therapy team at Boulder Post-Acute located in Boulder, CO. This role involves leading the way with innovative leadership support and a growth model for success, utilizing NetHealth for point of service documentation with laptop or iPad. We are industry leaders with standardized assessments and evidence-based practice for maximization of patient care and optimal results. Requirements
- Associate degree as a Physical/Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Current state licensure or certification

- One to two years of experience in a leadership/management role

- Optimize data driven therapy and outcomes through various metrics and standard of care
- Provide direct therapy services to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
