About The Position

Synergy Care is seeking a dedicated Rehab Director to lead our therapy team at Concordia Life Plan Community, a well-established Skilled Nursing Facility in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who enjoys making a difference in the lives of older adults while developing their leadership skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), or Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
• Current state licensure required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Rehab Director or management experience.
• Skilled Nursing and/or Outpatient experience.
