About The Position
DIBOLL NURSING & REHABILITATION, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking an experienced therapist to lead their dedicated in-house therapy team. The role is for a PT, OT, SLP, PTA or OTA who is passionate about delivering the best care to patients and residents and wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. The center sees a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offers opportunities to develop programs based on professional passion. Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 50 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities throughout Texas and Tulsa, OK, believing in the power of in-house therapy, spreading joy to patients and residents, and sharing a fierce commitment to quality of care.
Requirements
- License in the state of Texas
- Demonstrated leadership experience in skilled nursing and long term care
