•$90,000 - $125,000

About The Position

MicroTech seeks a hands-on Director of Proposals to lead the development and submission of compliant, compelling federal proposals for enterprise IT, professional services, and technology solutions. Within that direction, the Director establishes proposal plans, coordinates approved resources with business units, manages assigned staff and approved Bid and Proposal (B&P) budgets, and escalates risks and resource conflicts early. The position supervises and coaches assigned proposal personnel, manages approved proposal budgets and resource plans, maintains reusable proposal content, and improves proposal execution through post-submission reviews and outcome tracking. Occasional travel and work outside normal business hours may be required to support proposal deadlines and reviews. The listed salary range is $90,000–$125,000.
