About The Position

The Lead Director, Strategic Planning, Proposals designs and maintains a Medicaid proposal governance model and leads annual and multi-year strategic planning cycles. The role facilitates the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of a management and governance framework that promotes strategic alignment, accountability, transparency, and effective decision-making across the Medicaid proposal organization. The position also standardizes ways of working to reduce ambiguity, rework, and misalignment across cross-functional teams. Travel of up to 25% may be required as business needs require. The position is full-time and eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, based on eligibility.
