About The Position

LeapXpert is seeking an exceptional Head of Product Marketing to own and elevate the company's product positioning, launch strategies, and value communication across enterprise customers, partners, analysts, and the broader market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, who will set the direction for product marketing at LeapXpert. The position operates at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Go-to-Market, with the expectation of hands-on involvement in creating messaging, content, and enablement materials. The role involves leading a lean structure, including one direct report, external contractors, and AI-powered PMM agents that the successful candidate will define, direct, and optimize. LeapXpert is a rapidly growing company in the business communication technology sector, recognized as a Visionary in Gartner's Magic Quadrant and having secured significant funding. The company offers an innovative culture, impactful work, a global team, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a senior individual contributor or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end product marketing for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise products.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills: ability to write executive narratives, detailed solution briefs, and punchy sales one-pagers.
  • Deep expertise in positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, buyer-centric value.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying committees, and the nuances of selling into regulated industries.
  • Hands-on experience creating sales enablement materials that actually get used and drive results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire small teams, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders without relying on headcount or authority.
  • Fluency in working with AI tools in a marketing context—whether for content creation, competitive research, workflow automation, or agent orchestration.
  • Strong competitive research and market analysis skills.
  • Highly self-directed: ability to set own agenda, manage ambiguity well, and consistently deliver.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and at the pace of a fast-moving global company.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in marketing to financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with communications compliance, digital communications governance, archiving, messaging platforms, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, WeChat, or CRM integrations.
  • Experience supporting analyst relations, category creation, or enterprise platform positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Own LeapXpert's product marketing strategy, narrative, and positioning across segments, verticals, and personas.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and strategic initiatives—from concept to market impact.
  • Partner with Product on roadmap planning, bringing market and buyer intelligence that shapes decisions.
  • Define, direct, and continuously improve a fleet of PMM AI agents across competitive monitoring, content creation, and sales asset generation.
  • Own the sales portal and all enablement assets: pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, ROI frameworks, demo scripts, and objection guides.
  • Measure impact across all PMM initiatives and drive continuous improvement based on data and field feedback.
  • Define segmentation, personas, and ICP with enough precision that Sales can act on them immediately.
  • Run sales training and messaging workshops to keep the field sharp and on-message.
  • Build and execute the customer marketing strategy—lifecycle content, advocacy programs, expansion campaigns—to drive retention and upsell.
  • Own partner marketing: onboarding and training partner sales teams, building partner-specific enablement materials, and supporting co-sell motions.
  • Drive customer-facing content: case studies, whitepapers, website copy, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • Maintain a sharp competitive intelligence program with deep battlecards the whole GTM org can use.
