Pindrop is seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead its PMM function across Core, Pulse for Meetings, and Healthcare products, as well as Analyst Relations. This role will own the company's product positioning and category narrative, reporting directly to the CMO and serving as a senior leader on the marketing leadership team. The position involves leading and developing a team of senior product marketers, defining and executing go-to-market strategies, managing the end-to-end analyst relations program, and driving new product introductions and launches. The Director will also act as Pindrop's external authority on AI-driven voice security, represent the company at industry events, and partner with the CMO to build the company's category narrative. Additionally, the role includes driving competitive and market intelligence programs, translating complex technical capabilities into value-based storytelling, managing PMM program budgets and OKRs, and overseeing internal and external product claims and customer reference programs. The Director will operate within Pindrop's agile pod model, serving as a strategic advisor to growth pods and holding the team accountable for sprint outputs and OKRs.
