About The Position

CertifyOS is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead its customer-facing Applications portfolio, including Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools. The portfolio represents the majority of the company’s current revenue and is central to customer experience. This role carries strategic and execution responsibility for the applications business: setting product direction, improving execution quality and pace, and identifying investments that can drive future growth.

The Director will also lead Applied AI investments, defining how AI and agentic systems can improve customer workflows, modernize internal operations, and create differentiated product experiences. This includes enhancing operational workflows such as credentialing and exploring agent-first product and go-to-market approaches.

The role partners closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and company leadership. It also leads and develops product managers, strengthens product practices and cross-functional execution, and helps build an accountable, curious, customer-focused team. CertifyOS describes itself as an API-first healthcare data infrastructure company that automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring by connecting to primary data sources.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• 5+ years leading product teams, or founder experience scaling and leading teams.
• Experience leading senior and accomplished product managers.
• Health technology experience, particularly fluency in provider data and credentialing in a B2B SaaS context.
• Exceptional product thinking and the ability to work with ambiguity and help teams execute efficiently.
• Experience with growth-stage startups and learning from larger-scale and earlier-stage companies.
• Ability to create systems that help teams scale and reconsider how those systems should work in an AI-first environment.
• Strong communication, judgment, curiosity, experimentation, and ability to translate learning into execution.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the Applications portfolio, including Applied AI, Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools.
• Make investment trade-offs that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitable operations.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to translate strategy into high-quality execution.
• Oversee the success of Credentialing, Monitoring, and provider-facing applications.
• Develop next-generation application offerings in partnership with Sales and Business Development.
• Embed applied AI solutions throughout the product portfolio to improve productivity and accuracy for CertifyOS and its clients.
• Prepare the company for agent-first go-to-market approaches and raise organizational fluency and execution in an AI-first environment.
• Lead and develop product managers across the Applications domain.
• Create leverage through clarity, judgment, prioritization, and a strong operating cadence.
• Improve product thinking, product communication, and cross-functional execution.
• Coach product managers to work effectively on structured roadmaps and ambiguous 0-to-1 problems.
• Help build a culture of accountability, curiosity, customer empathy, and high standards.
