Director of Product, Ecosystem

Nebius•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Nebius is hiring a hands-on product leader to shape its AI cloud platform for agentic infrastructure: the capabilities developers and enterprises need to build, run, and scale systems that reason, use tools, and take action. The role identifies emerging customer needs and product opportunities, then turns promising ideas into capabilities developers choose to build on. It combines product judgment, technical experimentation, and relationships across the AI ecosystem to guide what Nebius builds and how it integrates or partners with other platforms and tools. The position spans infrastructure and developer experience for agentic applications. Potential areas include model and tool access, context and state management, workload execution, data connectivity, and reliable production operations. The scope will evolve with customer needs and platform direction. The role develops product direction, tests concepts hands-on, builds ecosystem relationships and partnerships, and drives adoption and iteration with internal teams and customers.

  • Meaningful ownership of AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
  • Track record of taking products from an ambiguous customer problem to production adoption with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to work through architecture and implementation decisions with engineers.
  • Hands-on ability to use APIs and SDKs, explore unfamiliar tools, and build working prototypes.

  • Strong customer discovery skills and judgment about which needs can support a repeatable product.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including product proposals, technical tradeoffs, and investment recommendations.
  • Comfort setting direction, making decisions, and delivering in a fast-moving environment.
