The Director of Planning and Administration serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to a senior executive, helping align people and turn strategy into action. Acting as an extension of the leader, the director builds partnerships across the enterprise, drives cross-functional execution, and advances critical organizational objectives from concept to completion. The role requires business acumen, executive presence, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently through ambiguity and deliver results. The director partners with functions including Finance, HR, Legal, and Communications to support organizational effectiveness, and may represent the senior leader on strategic and tactical initiatives. The position is based in an in-office collaboration model: employees work in the office at least four days per week and may work from home one day per week. Some roles may have different or additional in-office expectations, which are discussed during hiring. Applicants must have valid U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship. The estimated base salary is $131,000–$180,100 per year. Total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location; the role may also be eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, or long-term incentives. The company describes its benefits program as including vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental, and life insurance.
