Capital Health is seeking a Director of Physician Compensation to develop, implement, and administer physician compensation model standards for employed physicians and medical directors. This role involves leading physician and provider market studies, analyzing data, making salary recommendations, and developing communication plans. The Director will gain a thorough understanding of all executed physician incentive compensation plans and contracts, as well as departmental supplemental pay practices and policies. They will provide guidance and support to CHMG leadership and finance colleagues in interpreting and administering compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the role involves clarifying physician and provider job design, organizational structure, job functions, and qualifications based on CHMG guidelines. The Director will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data specific to organization-wide physician compensation, including productivity, ensuring data integrity, and designing/maintaining reports, auditing tools, databases, and related documentation. This position requires translating technical financial and compensation-based terminology into understandable terms for all levels of leadership, associates, and external customers. The Director will also attend compensation-related meetings, support projects through analysis, and collaborate with various departments to ensure correct physician payment and perform audit responsibilities.
