About The Position

Nue is the AI-powered revenue architecture platform that unifies CPQ, billing, and revenue lifecycle management into a single system. It enables companies to simplify complex pricing, automate monetization, and gain full control over how they generate and scale revenue. Working with customers such as OpenAI, Chilipiper, Glean, HootSuite, and Mews. Nue helps sales, operations, and finance teams gain revenue acceleration, operational efficiency and revenue controls at speed and scale. We’re looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to own and scale our acquisition engine across paid and organic channels. This role is responsible for driving measurable growth through SEM, SEO/AEO, paid social, third-party media, and emerging channels like OOH, while ensuring strong return on investment and pipeline impact. You will translate high-level growth strategy into data-driven, multi-channel execution, optimizing performance across the full funnel. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI and automation to increase efficiency and scale.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition roles
  • Proven track record of driving growth through paid media and organic channels
  • Deep expertise in SEM, SEO, paid social, and performance analytics
  • Experience managing budgets, media buying, and ROI optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, reporting, and funnel optimization
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Webflow, analytics platforms
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing performance and efficiency
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with OOH and third-party media channels is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of performance marketing programs across SEM, SEO/AEO, paid social, OOH, and third-party media
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies to drive pipeline, revenue, and efficient CAC
  • Identify new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and markets
  • Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and testing strategies to continuously improve performance
  • Lead SEM strategy, budget allocation, and execution (Google Ads and other platforms)
  • Own and scale SEO and AEO programs to drive organic growth and visibility
  • Manage and optimize paid social and third-party media buys, ensuring performance and alignment with goals
  • Oversee OOH and non-digital channels, including vendor management and performance tracking where possible
  • Ensure campaigns are properly built, tracked, and optimized across all channels
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Content Marketing to translate strategy into high-performing campaign plans
  • Optimize conversion paths across website, landing pages, and forms to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Own campaign setup including audiences, segmentation, tracking (UTMs), workflows, and integrations
  • Continuously test messaging, targeting, and channel mix to maximize impact
  • Own performance reporting across all acquisition channels, focusing on pipeline and revenue impact
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, ROI, and funnel conversion
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and scale
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure data accuracy, attribution, and system integrity
  • Leverage AI and agentic tools to improve campaign execution, optimization, and productivity
  • Design and optimize workflows, processes, and systems to increase team efficiency
  • Evaluate and manage marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Webflow, etc.)
  • Ensure seamless integration across systems and channels
  • Partner closely with Growth Marketing, ABX, Content, and RevOps to align on strategy and execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform effectively
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders on plans, progress, and results
