As VP of Performance Marketing, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of Avenue Z’s performance marketing offering across clients, channels, and industries. You will build and lead a high-performing team spanning paid search, paid social, shopping, programmatic/CTV, and CRO/landing page optimization, and you will be accountable for forecasting and tying media investment directly to store revenue, profit, and business outcomes. This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role for a performance-minded operator who is fluent in both the art of storytelling with clients and the science of data, experimentation, and AI-driven optimization.
