Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3 years working experience in healthcare
2-3 years leadership experience
Must be able to manage multiple deadline and decision making responsibilities.
Adept in decision making responsibilities

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated experience with principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for both individuals and groups and development of evaluation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and advise on best practices to develop and manage the architectural interface essential for accurate reporting.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of patient portal software while serving as a liaison to software developers.
Facilitate the implementation and enhancement of Patient Self-Scheduling software.
Coordinate the effectiveness of Appointment Reminder software and its developers.
Provide guidance to optimize Telephony software through report analysis and workflows related to the contact center.
Develop, maintain, and monitor the Patient Access Dashboard.
Create and oversee staffing models for Contact Center Agents.
Support Patient Experience-related projects and act as a liaison for Quality Department action plans.
Guide the reporting framework for new and existing agency initiatives.
Establish and manage the Departmental SharePoint site.
Act as a liaison with Managed Care Organizations, referring providers, and hospital partners.
Collaborate with service line leadership and marketing to onboard new specialties and expand existing service lines.
Create routine monitoring systems for staff training and auditing processes for continual improvement.
Lead productivity initiatives to meet patient access goals and identify areas for improvement across the organization.
Supervise the Patient Access Analyst.
Fulfill other related duties as assigned.
