We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Director of Paid Media, Social & Influencer Marketing to lead Cuisinart’s full-funnel media ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of brand building and performance marketing, responsible for accelerating growth by transforming how we connect with consumers across paid and owned channels. You will define and execute a modern, data-driven, social-first media strategy that fuels demand, strengthens brand equity, and maximizes marketing ROI across an increasingly complex consumer and retail landscape. This is a high-impact leadership role for a marketer who combines strategic vision, analytical rigor, media expertise and creative instinct—and thrives on building both brands and business results. The role partners cross-functionally with brand, creative, product, trade and retail media, and builds high-performing internal teams by fostering a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
