Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health
About The Position
Signet Health is hiring a Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health for its Senior Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health program at Howard County Medical Center in St. Paul, Nebraska. This is an on-site, in-person position. The director manages the program’s day-to-day operations, supervises staff, provides group and individual therapy, and markets the program while building community referral connections to support its growth and reputation. Howard County Medical Center is a 10-bed critical access hospital that has provided services since 1955. It serves individuals in Howard, Merrick, Valley, Sherman, Greeley, and Hall Counties. Tele-health is available to patients who cannot attend in person.
Requirements
- Nebraska state licensure as a Nebraska Licensed Mental Health Practitioner or Licensed Social Worker.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Marketing skills.
Responsibilities
