Director of Operations

BrightStar Care of HunterdonClinton, NJ
Onsite

About The Position

We are a well-established, rapidly growing, multi-location, home care franchise agency with seven years of serving clients and their families across Hunterdon, Warren, Somerset, and more recently, Mercer Counties. Our clients are discerning. Our caregivers and clinicians are dedicated. And our business is at an inflection point. Our culture is built on empathy, accountability, and quiet excellence. We are not a big corporation. We are a real business with a real mission, and we take both seriously. We are searching for a rare individual: an Integrator who can translate vision into results. Someone who will step into a Director of Operations role, own the daily execution of our business, and grow alongside us to get our agency to the next level. We need a builder. Someone who finds opportunity in a challenge, holds a team accountable with firmness and heart, and gets energized by the idea of leaving something better than they found it.
