Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
  • 5–7 years of healthcare operations experience, ideally multi-site, with a track record of growth and new site openings
  • Proven leader with strong communication skills and ability to build, develop, and motivate teams
  • Data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action and drive results through effective delegation
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with a strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, and retention
  • Oversee multi-site operations (8–15 locations), ensuring strong clinical, financial, and patient outcomes
  • Partner with clinical and business leaders to drive recruiting, growth, and market expansion
  • Use KPIs to guide performance, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage to maximize access and utilization
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable culture while ensuring compliance and clear communication
