The Director of Operations is a pivotal role responsible for crafting and executing the overarching strategy and vision for both construction and operations teams. This individual will drive the attainment or surpassing of established operational goals to align with divisional business objectives while ensuring strict adherence to company protocols and the attainment of exceptional customer service standards of safety, scheduling budget management, and quality assurance.
