Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of home health, hospice, or healthcare leadership experience
  • Proven success leading teams, driving growth, and managing operational performance
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and performance metrics
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to inspire teams while maintaining accountability and operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Leading day-to-day operations across multiple service lines and locations
  • Driving strategic growth and achieving operational and financial goals
  • Partnering with Business Development teams to support market expansion and census growth
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical and operational leaders
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing improvement strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and company standards
  • Supporting quality improvement initiatives and positive patient outcomes
  • Managing budgets, payroll oversight, and operational efficiencies
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with referral partners, community stakeholders, and healthcare professionals
  • Creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
