This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in operations management with a strong track record of success in driving efficiency and improvement. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing the integration of mergers and acquisitions, including process harmonization and cultural alignment, is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and inspire teams, are crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with extensive experience in data analytics and process improvement methodologies, are also required. The position involves occasional travel and requires meeting Orenco's approved driver criteria.
