About The Position

A growing homecare company with an established operational foundation is seeking a Director of Operations to help lead and strengthen its North Carolina operations from its Monsey-based headquarters. This is not an administrator role. The organization already has structure, systems, recruiting, compliance, and operational infrastructure in place. The goal is to bring in a strong operator who can take ownership of the coordination side of the business, keep operations running smoothly, and help support the company’s next stage of growth. The right candidate will oversee core operational departments including coordination, scheduling, nursing coordination, utilization, and service quality while helping ensure strong patient satisfaction and compliance standards. This role is ideal for someone who understands healthcare operations, can manage people and processes effectively, and knows how to keep a growing service organization organized and functioning at a high level.

Requirements

• Strong operations experience within homecare or related healthcare services
• Experience managing coordination, scheduling, compliance, or service delivery operations
• Ability to lead teams and keep multiple moving pieces organized
• Strong operational judgment and follow-through
• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Healthcare services experience strongly preferred (homecare, nursing home, ABA, behavioral health, urgent care, etc.)
• Ability to step into an existing structure and strengthen execution

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day coordination and operational workflows
• Manage and support coordination, scheduling, and nursing-related operations
• Ensure strong patient satisfaction, service quality, and follow-through
• Maintain operational compliance and organizational standards
• Monitor utilization and help support continued census growth
• Build accountability, structure, and consistency across teams
• Support relationship-building efforts with field teams and referral relationships in North Carolina
• Work closely with ownership and leadership on operational priorities and scaling efforts
• Help strengthen the separation and long-term infrastructure of the North Carolina operation
