About The Position

This role focuses on systems-building and operations leadership to support rapid growth without chaos. The mission is to build a company that runs on systems instead of memory, owning the operational backbone, organizing scattered information, simplifying fragmented communication, documenting unclear processes, solving bottlenecks, and automating manual work. Success means the business becomes easier to scale, manage, and less dependent on any single person.

  • Familiarity with EOS is a plus but not required
  • Experience with platforms such as Notion, ClickUp, Monday, Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Airtable, or similar operational systems is preferred.
