About The Position

The Director of Operations (EOS Integrator) translates the company’s vision into daily execution at a fast-growing home services business that uses the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). The role leads Level 10 meetings, manages quarterly Rocks, and ensures departments operate efficiently. The Director directly manages General Managers and oversees the complete customer journey, from the first call through job completion. The position is located in Cornelius, North Carolina, and offers an annual base salary plus bonus of $150,000 to $200,000.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC leadership and residential service management.
• Proven ability to build leaders and scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of ServiceTitan and operational KPIs.
• Willingness to travel periodically to support regional branches.
• Exceptional conflict resolution skills.
• H-3 License, Class 2 or higher.
