About The Position

The Director of Operations (EOS Integrator) will translate the company vision into daily execution at a fast-growing home services business operating on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). The role leads Level 10 meetings, manages quarterly Rocks, and ensures departments operate efficiently. The Director of Operations directly manages General Managers and oversees the complete customer journey, from the first call through job completion. The position is based in Cornelius, North Carolina, and includes periodic travel to regional branches.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC leadership and residential service management.
• Proven ability to build leaders and scalable systems.
• Strong understanding of ServiceTitan and operational KPIs.
• Willingness to travel periodically to support regional branches.
• Exceptional conflict-resolution skills.
• H-3 License (Class 2 or higher).
