Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is seeking a hands-on, high-impact Director of Operations to lead multiple restaurant locations in Reno, NV. This role involves developing exceptional teams and driving the growth of a fast-growing fast-casual brand. The ideal candidate is a field leader who thrives in restaurants, inspires through action, drives operational excellence, and builds a strong culture. This position requires an experienced multi-unit restaurant leader passionate about people, profitability, coaching, and creating unforgettable guest experiences. Requirements

5+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience
Strong background in fast casual or high-volume restaurant operations
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams
Experience managing P&L performance, labor, and operational metrics
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience leading multiple markets or regions
Experience scaling operations in a growing brand environment

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple Capriotti’s locations and provide leadership to General Managers and restaurant teams across Reno, NV.
Drive operational excellence and profitability across multiple restaurants.
Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and management teams.
Ensure an exceptional guest experience rooted in Capriotti’s service standards.
Lead recruiting, staffing, succession planning, and talent development efforts.
Analyze financial performance, budgets, labor, food cost, and operational KPIs.
Maintain accountability for food safety, sanitation, and brand compliance.
Partner with executive leadership to execute growth and operational initiatives.
Support restaurant openings, training, and ongoing business expansion.
Act as a culture champion and brand ambassador throughout your market.
