Plan and manage the Human Resources and Operations of the Food and Beverage divisions to achieve customer (guest, associates, corporate and owners) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals. This role involves directing day-to-day operations for all restaurant outlets, room service, culinary, stewarding, beverage, banquet, and purchasing. It also includes responding to customer trends and issues, marketing the Food and Beverage outlets, developing and managing menus, package deals, promotions, and implementing business/marketing plans and budgets. The position requires managing the maintenance and sanitation of Food and Beverage areas and equipment, implementing company programs for compliance with SOPs and LSOPs, and executing the Accident Prevention Program. Additionally, it involves interviewing, hiring, training, and managing staff performance.
