About The Position

Avalon Care Center Bellingham is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations at its skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Bellingham, Washington. Requirements

• Current Washington RN license or eligibility under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to develop teams and drive clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all nursing operations within the facility.
