About The Position
Dove Healthcare is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical services at its skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. The role focuses on developing and implementing nursing practices that support high-quality care and overseeing regulatory compliance across patient care and resident rights, nursing practices, staffing and employee development, and budgeting. The position is full-time, day shift, with flexible scheduling and a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility.
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations.
