About The Position

Chateau Napoleon Caring is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This is a highly supported leadership role focused on clinical excellence, compliance, and team development. We are seeking a collaborative DON partner who thrives in a supportive environment and is passionate about improving resident care. This is not an isolated leadership position. You will have a fully built support system around you so you can focus on skilled nursing facility operations, quality assurance and clinical compliance (CMS / state survey readiness), staff development and retention, nursing leadership and culture building, and resident-centered care outcomes.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered RN license (required)
• BSN preferred
• 3+ years of DON or nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing / long-term care preferred
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey readiness, and clinical operations
• Proven ability to lead nursing teams and improve quality outcomes

Responsibilities
